Speaking Background

Less framework, more operating standard. These four principles show up in everything I touch, whether the engagement is a one-week project or a multi-year working relationship. They are how I read calendars, write emails, build systems, and decide what reaches the leader's desk.
Reactive support is a tax on the leader's time. The work is reading context, watching the calendar, and surfacing the thing you would otherwise have to ask for. Done well, you stop noticing me. Things just happen.
One-off fixes break. Whether it is a Salesforce flow, a CMS template, an inbox rule, or a meeting prep doc, the goal is something that works the next fifty times too. Documented, replicable, and easy for the next person to pick up.
Memos, donor letters, LinkedIn posts, vendor emails, board updates. The standard is clarity and tone, never templated marketing language. If it sounds like a robot wrote it, it goes back in the draft folder.
My job is to keep noise off the leader's desk. That means drafting the response, saying no when appropriate, declining the meeting that did not need to happen, and only escalating what genuinely needs them.
Who I Work With
Fractional executives, consultants, and one-person shops who need a senior right hand. One operator handling calendar, CRM, web, and content, so you can stay in the work that only you can do.
Two to fifty person teams running lean. I take operations, communications, and the tech stack off the leadership team's plate, so the people you hired to build can focus on building.
Veteran-serving, mental health, and advocacy organizations. Web design, Salesforce administration, and communications support, with affordable rates and pro bono availability for qualifying veteran nonprofits.
Internal teams needing project-based support for executive coverage, Salesforce administration, or specialized communications work. Discreet, contract-scoped engagements without adding headcount.
Tools I Work In
About Kimberly
A decade at the intersection of strategic communications, enterprise systems, and operational follow-through.
My Story
"I do not separate the personal from the professional. The two have always informed each other in my work."
Kimberly Perez is a senior executive support operator, communications consultant, and Salesforce-certified systems professional with more than a decade of experience working at the intersection of people, communications, and systems.
Her early career was built coaching organizations of all sizes, from small businesses to enterprise operations. Working across a national territory, she conducted market assessments and developed tailored growth strategies for over 400 companies, contributing to a $1.5 billion revenue goal and growing partner engagement by 183%. That work sharpened her ability to translate complex organizational needs into practical, results-driven strategy, a thread that runs through everything she does today.
She built on that foundation with an MBA in IT Management and became a 7x Salesforce Certified professional, adding product ownership discipline and systems thinking to her strategic work. She has advised on organizational communications, built and optimized enterprise systems, and worked across Salesforce, HubSpot, WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, and Carrd.
In parallel, she has led multi-brand content operations, executive ghostwriting, and long-form leadership content for technology and consulting audiences. The standard is the same across everything she touches: writing that does the work, systems that hold up, and follow-through that does not need to be chased.
Kimberly's work is informed by more than a decade serving military families and trauma survivors. She has facilitated for NAMI, the PTSD Foundation of America, Trauma Reboot, and Re:generation Recovery, in roles including Military Family Support Group Facilitator, Homefront teacher, Caregiver Support Group Co-Facilitator, and small group teacher for a year-long faith-based recovery program. She also developed an AI-driven custom curriculum for veteran caregivers. That foundation in trauma-informed care, group facilitation, and human-centered support shows up in how she handles change, communication, and complexity inside organizations today, even when it never gets named that way.
Kimberly is also a 2024 Elizabeth Dole Foundation Caregiver Fellow Alum, selected to represent military and veteran caregivers through federal and state policy advocacy, workforce development, and employer strategy. This work has included direct meetings with policymakers on Capitol Hill, along with speaking engagements at the SHRM and Elizabeth Dole Foundation Summit, USAA Educational Foundation events, and the WIT Network Igniting Excellence Conference.
Through Echo Your Impact, LLC, Kimberly takes on select executive support, Salesforce, web design, and communications engagements with founders, executives, small teams, nonprofits, and enterprise companies. She offers pro bono web design to veteran nonprofits and affordable rates for mission-driven organizations on request.
Speaking & Facilitation
Kimberly speaks on the realities leaders and teams navigate every day: change under pressure, AI adoption, communication when stakes are high, burnout, and the invisible work that shapes how teams actually perform.
Her talks draw from more than a decade of professional work in communications, systems, and facilitation, not from theoretical models. She has spoken at national conferences and summits, and is available for corporate events, nonprofit gatherings, and leadership retreats.

The Engagement Process
Engagements should not feel like surprises. Here is the rhythm: a real conversation first, a scoped agreement second, weekly cadence during the work, and continuous refinement as we go. No mystery, no awkward middle phase where you wonder what is happening, no escalating scope without your sign-off.
We start with a conversation, not a contract. Thirty to forty-five minutes to understand the work, the context, the systems involved, and whether there is fit. No deliverable, no pressure, no follow-up sales sequence.
We map the actual work, the tools involved, and the communication rhythm. You see the proposed engagement before you commit. Setup includes any access provisioning, documentation review, stakeholder introductions, and a written statement of work.
The work begins, with a weekly check-in rhythm and clear documentation of progress. You get visibility without micromanagement. I get the runway to actually do the work. Most engagements settle into a quiet, productive cadence within the first two weeks.
Engagements evolve. We adjust scope, cadence, and priorities as the work reveals itself. Most engagements either expand into longer relationships or close cleanly with documentation handoff and a final report. Either outcome is fine.
