About Kimberly

My Story
"I don't separate the personal from the professional. The two have always informed each other in my work."
Kimberly Perez is a Trauma-Informed Certified Coach, MBA in IT Management, multidisciplinary consultant, and speaker with over a decade of experience working at the intersection of human wellness and organizational excellence.
Her journey began in direct service to military families and trauma survivors. Over more than a decade, she served organizations including NAMI, the PTSD Foundation of America, and Trauma Reboot, working as a Military Family Support Group Facilitator, Homefront teacher, Caregiver Support Group Co-Facilitator, and Course Leader for a women-only trauma healing cohort. Notably, she developed an AI-driven custom curriculum for veteran caregivers, building deep expertise in trauma-informed care, group facilitation, and human-centered support.
In parallel, Kimberly built a strong professional foundation in communications, technology, and operations. She earned her MBA in IT Management and became a 7x Salesforce Certified professional, bringing product ownership discipline and systems thinking to every organization she has served.
She has advised on organizational communications and strategy, built and optimized enterprise systems, and worked across platforms including Salesforce, HubSpot, Squarespace, and Carrd. Her technical fluency is matched only by her commitment to the humans those systems are meant to serve.
Kimberly is also a 2024 Elizabeth Dole Foundation Caregiver Fellow Alum, selected to represent military and veteran caregivers through federal and state policy advocacy, workforce development, and employer strategy. She has engaged on Capitol Hill, spoken at the SHRM + Elizabeth Dole Foundation Summit and USAA Educational Foundation events, and contributed to initiatives supporting veteran families nationwide.

Today, through Echo Your Impact, LLC, Kimberly takes on select consulting, coaching, and speaking engagements with individuals, nonprofits, and organizations serious about sustainable, human-centered growth.
Speaking
Kimberly speaks on the realities leaders and teams navigate every day but rarely talk about openly: stress, burnout, caregiving, and the invisible emotional labor that shapes how people show up at work.
Her talks draw from lived experience, not theoretical models. She has spoken at national conferences, summits, and leadership convenings, and is available for corporate events, nonprofit gatherings, and leadership retreats.
Inquire About SpeakingLeaders carry more than tasks. They hold emotional weight, navigate tension, and make decisions while people bring their whole lives to work. This session explores what courageous conversations actually look like in practice and equips leaders with tools to communicate with honesty, empathy, and boundaries while maintaining accountability.
